If you are looking for a powerful herbal option that is fenugreek free to boost your supply then this kit is your new best friend.
This kit contains our two highly effective fenugreek free herbal breastfeeding teas.
Moringa (Malunggay) is native to India and has become a favourite amongst breastfeeding mums to help with milk supply. It is rich in vitamins and minerals and has been used traditionally for centuries to increase milk supply and assist with malnutrition in lactating mothers and is the main ingredient in the two blends in our supply boosting kit.
In addition to the amazing Moringa, these two blends are full of other galactagogue herbs.
Other supply boosting ingredients like Goat's Rue and Shatavari are the other two superstars in each of these two blends.
Shatavari is a herb that has been used for 1000's of years in Ayurvedic therapy for womens health issues, breastfeeding supply being one of these.
Shatavari, like fenugreek contains phytoestrogens which is said to balance hormones and may increase prolactin. Shatavari is the perfect substitute for those who have sensitive stomachs or wish to avoid taking fenugreek.
Goat's Rue, like Moringa and Shatavari has been used traditionally and successfully to increase milk supply. Originally discovered by a French farmer in the 1800's when he noted that the cows produced more milk by 35-50% when they ate Goat's Rue, various studies and women have reported supply increases when they consume Goat’s Rue as well.
Other traditional milk boosting herbs then complete these two blends making these complete and fully loaded highly effective supply boosting teas.
This bundle includes two packs of 40g tea, Blend 1 and Blend 2. One 40g bag contains approx 25-30 cups of tea.
All our breastfeeding teas are organic loose leaf.

We use herbs in our daily life to help with the common cold or to keep us healthy and prevent sickness. It makes sense that herbs can also help with milk supply. Just like some herbs can have a negative effect on milk (avoid sage and peppermint! - don't worry we don't use these), other herbs can have a positive impact. Using herbs in culinary quantities also delivers lots of other nutrients in our diet which are important for the breastfeeding mum.
