Breastfeeding Tea Supply Support Super Kit - Fenugreek and Non Fenugreek Blends

Bursting with powerful galactagogues, these three lactation tea blends are loaded full of nutrient rich and milk promoting herbs. They are incredibly nurturing blends that benefit body, soul and boobies!

With all 3 blends you have an amazing wide assortment of galactagogue herbs. You have the super supply boosting ability of the Fenugreek free Blend 1 and Blend 2 from our Breastfeeding Tea Supply Booster Kit with the added kick of our traditional Fenugreek Blend 3.

Fenugreek is the traditional and original supply boosting herb, recommended by midwives and lactation consultants and used by breastfeeding mums for centuries. It is one of the most well known herbs used for its supply boosting ability (1).

Fenugreek when combined with Blessed Thistle like in our Blend 3, increases both of these herbs supply boosting abilities.

Fenugreek is believed to increase milk supply due to its ability to stimulate sweat production as the breasts have been likened to modified sweat glands.

Blend 3 is a traditional lactation tea recipe, used for centuries, when Fenugreek works, it works extremely well and quickly (24-72 hours).  Alternating blends with one cup of each blend (e.g Blend 1 in Morning, Blend 2 in afternoon and Blend 3 in evening) is a great way to ease into it to make sure the increase is gradual. Or you can use Blend 3 for a short period of time to try to rapidly increase supply and then maintain with our other two blends.

You can of course drink one blend at a time to work out which one works best for you, the decision is yours!

All our breastfeeding teas are organic loose leaf.

Please always consult a IBCLC if you are worried about milk supply. Lactation support products should be used in addition to correct latch and milk withdrawal methods not in replace of. Please always consult your health care provider before beginning any new herb.

Fenugreek is often not advised for women with PCOS and endocrine disorders, however some ladies do still drink it, talk to your health professional if you are unsure if fenugreek is right for you as every person is different.
