Shipping
Express shipping is FREE on all Australian orders!
Currently we only ship within Australia (sorry our overseas friends, international shipping is super expensive!)
Express shipping times: 2-4 days
For our express shipping service we use Australia Post
All orders are shipped the next business day after the order is placed.
This means orders are only shipped Monday to Friday. We are closed on weekends.
Please note, even though we only use express services, we are unfortunately at the whim of 3rd party providers when we send out orders.
If you have any problems, please let us know, we want your goodies to get to you ASAP!
Please note, your tracking number will be sent to you once your order is posted.
All orders will have a tracking number, if you click on your shipping notification there will be a hyperlink attached to the number, click on it and it will take you to the Toll or Australia Post website to give you shipping updates.
We can't control the delivery timeframes of the service providers. I wish we could, but alas we need to trust in the service of the shipping carriers!
Check your tracking info and get in touch if you are concerned, we are happy to help and we want your products to get to you ASAP.

Returns
Returns are not available on consumable items.
For all other non perishable items:
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (only applies to non food items - like tea strainers and baby bibs, 5 in 1 covers etc). It must also be in the original packaging. Food items are unable to be returned due to the perishable nature.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@milkynorks.com.au and we can get everything organised.
Return address for items.
After we have had a chat and worked out a plan, if you need to return things, then you

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
